Yellow Basket - Santa Ana

This is a fantastic spot for classic diner fare. I had the blue cheeseburger and a salad, and both were excellent. The bread and fries were outstanding, and the burger was cooked to perfection, topped with a delightful, light slaw that I really enjoyed. You'll definitely leave feeling satisfied. The interior was very nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.

The food here is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices! The portion sizes are generous, and I was really happy to find an impressive selection of burgers, ranging from a classic Grundburger to an avocado chorizo cheeseburger! The cheddar bacon fries were also incredibly tasty. I will definitely be coming back!

Do not sleep on this classic socal burger place. Places like these seem to be gone, but the yellow basket holds strong with its large menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, Mexican cuisine, breakfast and pages. I'm changing my order quite often, but I would say I'm fried zucchini more than anything else, because it's pretty heavy, not in a place like this. Service is friendly and fast. Later a drive-thru was set up until the late afternoon so that comfort is added. Nevertheless, I usually go in, even for the take-out.

Good food. Have been going here for many years now. They treat us like family now.
