Luna Grill - Santa Barbara

I ordered a family meal for 6 that included gyro and a family meal for 4 with chicken. However, when I got home with 15 people, I realized that only the gyro had been included in the order. The total was $151. I called the manager, who claimed she had prepared the food herself and insisted that the chicken was included. I reiterated that there was no chicken, but she suggested I could come back to pick it up and then hung up on me. It was a very disappointing experience.

This restaurant is quite a delightful spot to dine if you have a decent amount of extra cash to spend. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean, and the food, as I mentioned, is really good. I definitely recommend it.

I have dined at this restaurant several times, and each time I find myself opting for the combo kebab platter with beef and chicken. It offers a delicious variety and a generous portion of food. The kebabs are well-spiced and tender. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful their hummus is—perhaps the best I’ve had anywhere, even better than what I've tried in the Middle East. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a full five stars is the use of large disposable plastic trays for serving the food. There's a lot of plastic involved, which ultimately ends up in the landfill, and that makes me feel guilty. I believe paper could be a suitable alternative.

Very pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, clean. We took a plate of beef, the meat was cooked very tasty, it really tastes like grilled. The menu is small, but there is everything you need. First you make an order at the checkout, they give you anumber and then they bring the finished dish in plastic dishes. Hummus is ordinary, not tastier than store-bought, but the meatis really worth trying

The food is excellent, especially the bowls and platters, and the selection of sauces is fantastic! The patio is shaded and equipped with heaters, making it a comfortable place to relax. I was also very impressed that the staff brought out a water dish for our dogs without us having to ask. They offer beer and wine as well, which is always a nice bonus.
