The Patio Cafe Santa Barbara

My daughter was hungry so I decided to eat before we started our day here in Santa Barbara. We had stopped at four other locations and they were not what I was looking for since I was craving huevos rancheros. Next time my family and I visit Santa Barbara I'm going to make sure we stop by and eat their delicious food... Daniel Toledo

The Santa Barbara Benedict was cooked perfectly and served with the sweetest salsa in town. My only complaint is that they asked for payment before bringing the order to the table. Additionally, a side of two thin slices of bacon cost $3.95, but considering this is Santa Barbara, I can understand the pricing. I have been living in this area since 1970 and have seen numerous restaurants come and go from that particular space, so I find it hard to believe their claim of 30 years in business there. However, there is free parking available in the back. Overall, the food was delicious and the restaurant is conveniently close to Trader Joe's.

Amazing breakfast!!! Friendly service. The huevos rancheros was one of the best I've ever had. Each layer had great flavor on its own, so when combined it became an explosion of spicy deliciousness; the pork Chile Verde on top was definitely worthy of acclaim.

Lovely, quaint, attractive location, friendly staff. I had the Rosie's breakfast burrito flavorful with a hint of spiciness, not overwhelming. The kids got french toast and the kids burrito, they said they where excellent.

MIRACLE IN SANTA BARBARA If you visit this place and don’t have Huevos Rancheros with Chile Verde, don’t bother going at all....I mean to Santa Barbara all together. They make this dish like you have never had HR anywhere in the world. I met the cooks...husband and wife? brother and sister? whatever....are magicians. Either that, or it’s the Hand of Gods blessing it as they prepare it (I think it’s their fresh tomato sauce)! For me, hands down best Mexican dish I have ever had!
