California Pizza Kitchen At Santa Clara

The pizza was absolutely delicious and packed a nice punch. The chicken rolls were a bit too oily on the inside, but they had great flavor. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive to our needs. We sat outside, and I noticed a tiny bug in my drink. I brought it to the waitress's attention, and she gladly took it away and offered me a replacement drink.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They delivered the wrong pizza—I mean, seriously? We ordered a California veggie and a pepperoni, and since we live about four miles away, we asked if they could deliver the correct order or fix it since it was their mistake. However, it seems like they only offered a refund after I spoke with the manager. They didn’t even apologize for the mix-up. Very disappointing!

Difficult to undermine. please do better. that is unfair to their server that needs to do 2 or 3 jobs of people. it took 46 minutes for picking up and was not given a checkin or progress. I had to go in and ask. the point of take-out is not to wait in restaurant and save time. I honestly want a refund and don't think I'm coming back. Of course it is not recommended. for food quality, it is simply unacceptable that a sandwich and salat lasts for so long and that sandwich was burned.

I ordered the chipotle chicken pizza, but it came without the chicken, and I would rate it a perfect 5/5. The spicy buffalo cauliflower was also outstanding, earning another 5/5. The fresh strawberry mango cooler was refreshing, so I would give it a 4/5. However, the service was lacking, so I would rate it just 2/5.

Great food, great service and great location.We ordered a crispy artichoke salad, salmon summer vegetables and mushroom peperoni sausage pizza for dinner. The food was freshly made to order, and taste were delicious. We dined at other CPK locations, but this location stood out.Even though there was a mistake on our previous order, but this was quickly fixed by the manager, Eric. He listened, acted upon it, and resolved it immediately. Eric had excellent customer service. Their servers were super friendly.I would highly recommend making a trip to this CPK in Santa Clara. We were glad we did.
