Contribuisci feedbackIt appears that the employee at the drive-thru didn't make any effort to understand my order. They didn't repeat it back to me or inform me about the contents of the bag. Not surprisingly, every single item I received was incorrect.
The food was outstanding, and the customer service was quite good too! I’m not certain if they are experiencing staffing shortages due to COVID, but there was a bit of a wait.
Let’s be honest, the food at Carl's Jr. isn't great. The only item I genuinely enjoy on the menu is the grilled onions. Unfortunately, it’s the only restaurant within walking distance from my office. The sole reason I choose to go there is because of the friendly and efficient counter/drive-thru employee, Cynthia. She’s the only one who consistently ensures that my order is accurate every time I visit. If she’s not working, I don’t even bother going. Carl's Jr. is very fortunate to have her on their team. That’s why I gave a rating of 3 stars, all thanks to Cynthia.
I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru because they were short-staffed. If you're looking for faster service, I recommend parking and going inside instead.
We visited the drive-thru at this location just 20 minutes before closing, but the lights were off and no one answered at the order speaker.
