Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Clara

This specific Chipotle location is one of the best I've experienced in while. The food here is as it should be at all locations, the rice is soft, the seasonings on the fajitas, beans, and salsas are just right. I can't speak for the meat as I always get the sofritas, which I have no complaints for. The service is also great, the staff are pro and polite. Thank you for the all the goodness here, keep it up!Vegetarian options: Not a meat eater, they got you covered. I don't do dairy either but you won't miss it with the flavorful beans and salsas. Don't forget the guac!

HORRIBLE! My bowl was almost empty when I got it and I also got guacamole and they just put a tiny amount on one side of the bowl, Guac is a $3 add on and they basically gave me nothing. I can’t believe how bad the experience was, I’m very patient but I ordered ahead and it was ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to and I got almost nothing, I feel like I just got robbed.

I like Mexican food and this place is my go to place whenever I need to have quick maxican byte.

Horrible wait times. Come on hire more staff! Waiting 30 mins just to get a bowl of pre-made rice and beans

The worst Chipotle ever. Quesadia wasn’t cooked. Cold. Rice was salty and dry. Everything was the worst. I love Chipotle and it was my first time trying this location. Not recommended this location.
