Papa Express - Santa Clara

I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. There’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable! The quality of the meat is outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning often. Get ready to enjoy a fantastic meal! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Every time I visit, the food is fantastic! The stir-fried rice noodles were incredibly delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great Hong Kong-style lemon tea here. This restaurant has quickly become our favorite dining spot.

I recommend the sautéed beef fillet with assorted mushrooms, as well as the sliced boneless fish porridge. However, the roasted duck is a bit on the fatty side.

This place is no longer called cooking Papa. It's Papa Express. I only tried the dishes on the photo. Chicken wing. Though it says salt and pepper, I tasted the salt, not much the pepper, also they use curry powder to marinate the chicken wing. It's pretty crispy. The batter is good. Chow fun with sauce, beef and egg. You can taste the a good stir fry Chow fun 鑊氣 flavor is good. Got skill. Beef stew noodle soup. Good tender beef stew, good flavor soup, noodle is not bad. This place is cheaper than cooking Papa which I thought was too expensive. Though it operates like a fast food restaurant, the quality of good seems to be good. I give it a 4 stars for now and will try more in the future.

Now, the restaurant has changed its name to Cooking Cooking, but not much else has changed since the Cooking Papa days. They have added tablecloths, and the tables are a bit less cramped than they used to be. I still recommend it!
