Peet's Coffee - Santa Clara

This peets is awful. The wifi here is so slow. Its very dirty and nothing is maintained properly. They play the most annoying techno and pop music at high volume all day and even though its in the 50s outside, they have the AC turned all the way up so people are freezing inside. I guess they do this to discourage homeless from hanging out here, which is unethical and disrespectful to everyone who patronizes this place

I am at Pete Coffee in Santa Clara at El Camino an Scott. A homeless woman in an electronic wheelchair came ...it looked like she needed help... she did. I helped her plug in. I know they close at 5:30 so I told her. I was near where all the employees were starring at me helping her. When I finished I went over to them and spoke to the supervisor...let him that she is aware that the store closes at 5:30. Person replied... if she is not a paying customer...st shouldn 't be in here.i replied do you have a posted sign that says... paying customers only he got rude and his response was unhealthy. Thats corporate coffee for you...or just this Pete 's Coffee

All I have to say is the customer service is uh-mazing! The BEST coffee in town!!! Thank you YAT ATHENA, SIMPLY THE BEST

Make cappuccino that tastes like cappuccino. Good hang out. Gingerbread Christmas cookies.

The staff was really nice and pleasant they made my espresso really fast and it tasted really good.
