Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos - Santa Clara

We had an event in Sunnyvale where Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos food truck showed up, and I was thrilled to find out they had a vegan taco option. They also offered a vegan ice cream flavor that I had never tried before and it was delicious. Even though they had fewer options than in their shop, the food truck experience was still fantastic.

The tacos we had were completely vegan. It was exciting to try something different. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to tell all my friends and family about it!

I can't believe I've been living nearby and didn't know about this place! I was craving an affogato but didn't know where to find a vegan version. A quick search on Happy Cow led me to this place, which is only 9 minutes away from my house, and wow, it was amazing! They have 4 different flavors of vegan ice cream, vegan pies, and even vegan ice cream tacos. I tried their affogato and it's definitely going to be my new favorite spot.

I mean the title just says it all! Homemade ice cream. So good. 4 vegan flavors. Vegan waffle cone (for the taco) and 2 vegan dips for the taco (peanut butter and dark chocolate).

I just tried this at the Santa Clara BBQ Championship. Amazing! I recommend skipping the barbecue and coming here instead...
