Bj's Brewhouse - Santa Clarita

Food was horrible for all 4 of us. Both undercooked and overcooked Service was excellent

Our experience was just okay comparing to previous visits. We had to ask for flatware and napkins. When our food came out one dish was missing the cheese that came on it. We asked a server about it and were told that it didn't come with it. The menu listed it not to mention it was a Philly cheesesteak. Three of our meals came with coleslaw and it was the worst coleslaw we had ever had. Basically plain cabbage. Will probably not be returning.

For coming back after being shut up in my house for months, these hostesses and waiters are really rude. Last thing I need is attitude right now. I was unfortunately disappointed with my county chicken sandwich. Flavor was bland(my usual BJs trips are fine), and the fries matched. I took two bites and didn't finish it. Waiter saw and said nothing. Not thrilled about coming back again to this location. My Burbank BJs experience was better.

It was so great to get out, hear music, and be with other people. Thanks much.

Reduced seating capacity due to WuHan Virus concerns. They were able to re-seat us due to a screaming toddler being ignored by the parents.
