Crazy Hot Chicken - Santa Clarita

If I could give this place zero stars, I would—actually, I'd give them negative stars if it were possible. The food looked nothing like the pictures; it seemed like a slice of a completely different animal, perhaps even a dog or something, and it lacked any flavor. It was tough and dry, and the fries were drier than a camel in the desert. The sauce tasted like sweet milk or something equally unappetizing. Absolutely not worth it!

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. They offer two combo options and two slider combos, but both fell flat. The chicken was just a piece of roasted meat with some sauce on the side, lacking the real Nashville hot chicken experience with its spicy oil sauce. The fries were soggy and needed seasoning. I also ordered a side of macaroni, but it was just plain noodles with no cheese or flavor at all. I have a picture to prove it. The house sauce was another letdown—pale and bland. They didn't even have honey for the chicken; instead, they offered sweet and sour sauce and something else that I honestly ended up throwing away. Despite being the only customer, it took 10 to 15 minutes for my order to arrive. The staff even told me I could get an extra sauce if I followed them on Instagram, which I didn't want to do. I can only give this place two stars, as the decorations were nice and the tables were clean.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food arrived cold, the presentation was sloppy, and the flavor was lacking. The customer service was notably poor; it seemed like they were more interested in taking our order than actually serving us. Compared to Wicked Chicken, this place falls short and is no longer worth visiting.

Eating here was not good, very unlived. workers do not have hair nets or gloves when they touch their eating. I got food poisoning from eating here, chicken wings were boiled. never visit this restaurant!

Customer service is top notch the workers are always nice and cool every time. The food is amazing it comes out quick every time and the food taste amazing 10 10
