Worst hotel ever! Do not book there! Unsanitary! Corporate doesn 't care! My 11 year old son and I stayed at this hotel 8/11-8/12 and discovered our sheets weren 't changed! I smelled a flowerey scent on my pillow but assumed it was the scent of the detergent used. It wasn 't until the morning when I saw long strands of black hair all over my sheets and my son 's sheets. I quickly notified the housekeeper who confirmed the sheets weren 't changed. I then notified the front desk manager who refunded my points used and gave me extra points for the inconvenience. Not even enough to book at a Hampton Inn elsewhere! I contacted corporate in which they told me 5,000 points were already credited to my account, apologized for the inconvinience and thanked me for being a loyal customer. This is how Hilton treats loyal customers, folks!
The front desk did an awesome job during check in. Friendly and helpful. The website said pet friendly but there is a sign at the front that said no pets . Front desk was wonderful saying that the sign was old and pets are welcome! Yay dog lovers!! The parking lot area is large with plenty of space for cars to move around and back up. Did not see any excess rubbish. There are signs for guests to wear masks, but not the staff so I am not sure if this is by design. Note staff is cm not enforcing the masking policy. The king bedroom was Clean... I have stayed at a number of hotels recently and was not happy with the cleanliness. But the room was clean... no hairs or garbage anywhere. The gym is lacking .... they have dumb bell stand, but lack the dumb bells. Asking the front desk about this and they said they do not have any dumb bells. I think they should remove the stand. Cardio units include 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 1 recumbent bike. One of the treadmill was out of order. The guest laundry includes 2 dryers $2.00) and 2 washers $2.50) The area is rich in food.... not good food, but food that is fast. There is an Outback Steak House next door, an In n Out across the street, a McD across from Outback, a strip mall with a Chuey and Taco Bell within walking distance. Breakfast was OK. They do have 2 waffle makers. So you can have something fresh. The hot breakfast this AM is some sausages, steamed tater tots and a egg patty. Sausage is the only keeper. Not sure what the egg was but the spongy texture is strange.
Stayed for 3 nights. Family of 4 (2 kids) Room was clean, breakfast was good, swimming pool was good, plenty of parking spaces, 24 hr coffee. We were beyond satisfied with our stay in this hotel.
When we first arrived, the room had an unpleasant odor that we couldn't quite identify—either urine or cigarettes—but it was definitely off-putting. While the room was fairly clean, I always use Lysol to sanitize anyway, so I wasn't too bothered by that. My biggest issue was with the noise levels. The walls are shockingly thin—seriously, you can hear everything! There were people chatting outside our room and next door until nearly midnight, and they started up again at 6 AM. It was ridiculous to sit in bed and overhear their entire conversation. I wouldn't want that kind of experience for myself, and I doubt their guests would either. The noise kept me awake at night and woke me up in the morning. Overall, I found it overpriced for what we got, especially considering our small room was $110 a night. I attached a photo of the bathroom because, frankly, I wasn't a fan. If you decide to stay here, make sure to bring shower shoes and maybe an air freshener. Trust me on that!
