Honestly, I usually have a really good experience here, but today was not good. I ordered five drinks, and when they hand them to me, I realize one is the wrong size. No big deal, they fix it for me. I drive home, and when I look at the rest and two are wrong, there is NO boba, like I ordered. I tried to call their phone number four times, but they don’t answer and there is no voice mail set up! So I drove back with the two incorrect drinks, and told the worker who took my order they were wrong, tall guy with short bleach blond hair. He said they would fix them, and they did, but was kind of rude and didn’t even call that they were ready like they always do, like I was inconveniencing them when it was their mistake that had to be fixed. I called their phone number again when I was in the store and it didn’t even ring. He totally ignored me when I grabbed the drinks, and even when I said thank you for fixing them! They make a lot of mistakes at this location, but they are not usually rude like this guy was today. So order from a different person when you come here!

I go daily to get my BoBa drink. I order a regular drink and ask if they can put in a large cup for extra ice. They say NO, that I have to pay for a large drink. I'm only asking for extra ice because I like my drink really cold. Im not asking for more of the liquid. Why can't they do it..

I've gone in here to this location 6x different days in the past 15 days have they tell me each time they are out of Acai bowls. This is the only boba time that I've been to that runs out of Acai by mid day. None of the other boba times have ever ran out of Acai and I've been to 7 different Boba times all of Los Angeles that I know are way more busy and sell way more Acai bowls than this Boba Time does.
