Rustic Burger - Santa Clarita

Rustic Burger is the perfect spot for gourmet burgers with a rustic touch! The menu offers a great selection of appetizers and shareable fries. We tried the chili cheese fries but forgot to snap a photo. My husband opted for the Rustic Chili Burger and rated it a solid 9/10! The chili was robust and the burger was packed with flavor, perfectly balanced with the bun. I went for the Fig’N Brie Burger, which tasted just as I had imagined—with creamy Brie cheese and a delicious fig sauce/jam. I will definitely return!

We had a fantastic experience dining here! My 11-year-old son and I visited after checking out the Saugus Speedway Swap Meet. We ordered the Rustic Burger, which was incredibly delicious, along with the classic Caesar salad with extra Parmesan. They really piled on the Parmesan, and we loved it! Our waitress was very attentive and had a wonderful smile. After our meal, we strolled over to the pond area to watch the ducks and turtles before heading back home to West L.A. I couldn't be happier spending quality time with my son, chatting about life.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, cooked exactly to our specifications. The mojito was perfectly made—I ended up ordering a second one! The mac and cheese was fantastic; it was rich without being overwhelming, and creamy without being too heavy. I tried the fig and brie burger, which was an outstanding choice. The milkshake was truly indulgent—absolutely over the top. The quality of the beef surpassed that of most places I've tried. The restaurant itself was clean, warm, and inviting, and even the chefs came by to check on us. I can't wait to return and explore more items on the menu, which has plenty of intriguing options.

My gluten-free wife ordered hers lettuce-wrapped, and let me tell you, it was an impressive sight—a whole head of lettuce wrapped around her burger. Perhaps a bit too much lettuce for our heads, but visually striking nonetheless! Our son also enjoyed his simple Beyond Burger quite a bit. We ordered a portion of the house fries from the shareable menu, which was more than enough for the three of us (we took some home!). So, if you're wondering whether to get a separate side for each person, one shareable portion should suffice for three diners. They have some amazing-looking shakes on the menu, but they weren’t quite ready to serve them during our visit (being a new restaurant and all). However, I recommend checking out the pictures of these delectable creations on their website—artists must have been involved in designing those shakes! We definitely plan to return and indulge in those. Well done, Rustic Burger House! You’ve made three vegetarians (one of whom is gluten-free) very happy.

I've always had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere feels welcoming, just like home, and the food is fantastic! I’ve been trying to visit more frequently, but since I live two hours away, it’s a bit challenging. However, the food is definitely worth the drive. Remember to support your local businesses!
