McDonald's - Santa Cruz

I love their spaghetti, good value and very tasty. The other products are not to bad either. Though service can be improved, unlike Jollibee their staff can be a bit unfriendly, not sure if this branch though, so please improve your training for your service people. For take away, there was missing cutlery, how can we eat our hot cakes without firk and knife? I supposed we should have checked. But we were rushing!

The standards of service and amenities is up to par like in USA. I highly recommend the best place to stop by on the highway or hang out..a lot better than Jollibee

Whenever I enter McDonald's I have the same menu in my mind. Fried chicken, french fries and Caramel sundae. I like the taste of its fried chicken. It's well-cooked and the crunchiest! It's best eaten when dip in the chicken gravy. Another treat is its French fries.

As far as the food service sanitation goes it is usually good. So less chance you will get sick from the food althought the nutrition is debatable. Expect a 5 min or longer wait on your Big Mac burger so ask them to prepare everything when the burger is ready. Meaning your fries will be cold by the time you burger arrives and your soda will be watered down because the ice has melted. Usually, you just eat the fries and drink the soda and the burger comes later, way later and you need another drink to wash it down. If you get it immediately check to see if it's been sitig a while and maybe it's cold. The cheese can taste like plastic when it's cold. Because there are many commuters they tend to crowd the restrooms sprucing themselves up so using the facilities may be a challenge. Easiest way to say it is go in plenty of time. TMI, but helpful.
