The Habit Burger Grill - Santa Cruz

In general I love burger in habit burger grill I had been with my family to this. the experience was not pleasant. first, we were forced to wait longer for the order, after a while when I checked with the waiter, she mentioned arrogant, someone chose my order and asked me to wait for patenting, which was very long time. second, the burger bread was soaked in sauces and soggy terrible burger. my child ate crispy chicken bites that were not freshly gumy were probably old and overcooked, he had to suffer because of this food poisoning. I do not recommend anyone visiting this place. as I mentioned in general, habit burger grill is good, but not this place.

I came here at 19 a.m. and thought that I would be able to come within 15 minutes, and I spent my whole 30 minutes break here and I ordered only two things. the three other customers who ordered after me have all received their food in a timely manner and I'm just kindly annoyed that it took so long to get my food out when I know that the destination time for a customer order is seven minutes. I know that because I've been working on habits to see how the personal was really disappointing. I just have to say that my order has been done right and tasted good.

If your food is bad! The Hispanic girls are very rude, and if they have a complain, they will be angry and will blame them for not like eating. then they go away and ignore them. After they are gone, they go to the other female workers and talk badly about them in Spanish. they thought I was an American white girl, but I am Mexican and fluent in Spanish. they did this a few times that I came to visit. they are also rude for many others. the music is very loud, on a hot day they do not want to open the doors, and they speak and scream very loudly and stand to do nothing. they will not feel relaxed while eating is why most take it to go. but if you get something, check your food. they will eat 80% of the time.

Had a great meal the famous Santa Barbara burger with fries, speedy service nothing fancy atmosphere, clean even after a busy day
