Had the Omakase dinner at the small sushi bar that seats 6 people. The chef prepared some really great dishes featuring fish caught in Mexico (Pacific Sea of Cortez). Concept is to use traditional Japanese sushi sashimi dishes as a base and then add Oaxacan ingredients. Included a take on scallops with frozen coconut, 3 different sashimi cuts of Tuna, several nori hand rolls including crab and fresh water eel. Very friendly and talented chef. Extensive fine Sake list including some from Mexico. After dinner we toured 2 other connected spaces that included a larger restaurant bar area with an open kitchen, and a nice trendy bar tucked away behind that. Very fun evening
