To be honest the place was very busy all the time we went through but we didn't pay much attention as we prefer to go for dinner by the harbor. 2 nights before we left we gave it a try and what a wonderful place to eat. Service is really nice, all the dishes are big and very tasty really good spanish food. One of the best places we ate in Ibiza, we came back next day for dinner before to take our flight back. Its better if you can book a table cos gets really busy. If you want to taste real spanish food this is the place for you and at very good price. See you next year.
Best food i've had in ibiza so far. and the prices are unbelievably cheap. never seen grilled squid like it. amazeballs...
I got to like this restaurant at the beginning of the year and took friends there. On my last visit my favourite dish of Hake cooked in Cider had doubled in price and halved in quality. I think this has put me off but I am sure other dishes are still as good. The staff are very friendly and it's fun to watch them pour the cider from a great height.
Popped into this bar/restaurant as I do like a cider. They have a locally brewed scrumpy type cider that is poured from above the waiters head! They do have machines to help those who can't pour above their head. The cider was very nice €5.50 for 700ml bottle and the service was great. The food looked good, but we had already eaten.
We decided to eat here after seeing that they specialised in cider my husband being a bit of a traditional cider drinker. We weren't sure at first about the 2 menus, some tapas, some main meals, but we ordered a couple of smaller dishes and mains for 2 adults and 2 children. The waiter was really helpful and there was no problem in making a simple spaghetti dish for our fussy daughter either. The calamari was possibly the best I have ever had and the potatoes in 3 sauces a little different to the usual fare. Our mains of mussels, sea bass and Asturian steak were all delicious too. On our second visit we couldn't resist the calamari and were really impressed with the the cider tortilla. The sauce was amazing. Fresh sardines were beautifully cooked. A really reasonably priced restaurant in a great location. With bread, a couple of tapas, 4 mains and a couple of bottles of cider our bill was less than €60 both visits. The only thing that disappointed me was that we didn't get the theatrical cider pouring, just a bottle on the table. It went down just as well though!
