Blakes Lotaburger - Santa Fe

The strawberry shake was good and the staff was polite. Unfortunately those are the only compliments I can give Lotaburger. I was charged for a large fry that I didn't receive (my fault, should've checked before I left) and the burger was thin and lukewarm without much flavor at all. As an out-of-towner I was excited to see a small, walk-up burger joint, but sadly I was very disappointed.

Love the food, always have. But two stars because I honestly cannot stand the new automated system to order over the phone. It takes forever, often gets the wrong order and I have to start over and is honestly not worth the hassle. Bummer cause I love Lotaburger.

I was the only customer and I had tonwait something like 15mins... a bit too much for a fast food... were you can see inside! They waited 10 minutes doing essentially nothing before starting preparing my order. The burger was not even that good, but at least the fries were great.

This is an insanely good and unique fast food burger. Love the green chile, which is only very slightly spicy. The burgers are juicy, greasy and hit all the right fast food burger notes. The service was good (a bunch of happy teens) and we got our food fast. I will 1000% eat here every time I?m in NM and will probably get a few extra to bring back to NYC.

Lota Burger isn?t known for being fast but this location was getting orders out FAST! The food was hot and very good.
