Bo's Authentic Thai - Santa Fe

I had a great meal from there before Chrismas....just went this week. I have tom kha. everything was kokosmilch with a few seasonings and vegetables that were barely cooked in it. the pad thai was so sick sweet that I couldn't eat it. .beide courts I threw away at the end. I have eaten these kinds of dressed for years. because they get a new cook. the owner has made a holiday or something. I mean, it was horrible.

Tried the panang curry and it was so flavorful and yummy! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Great food.Ordered later in the afternoon and was able to pick it up in 15 minutes.They will make pad kee mao (drunken noodles) if you ask even though it's not on the menu.

I really enjoyed the lunch I picked up at Bo’s Authentic Thai the other day. Vegetable spring rolls were crisp and piping hot. Nice sauce served with them.Panang curry w/chicken hit the spot. Not too spicy, so I added my own ?. Next time I’ll either eat there at an outside table or in the car so it stays nice and hot. The rice was lukewarm by the time I got it home (6-8 min). I’ll be back!

Definitely the most crowded food truck in the lot today! My friend had Thai with Basil sauce I had Pad See Ew, both were DELICIOUS Portions are generous served with a smile. Highly recommend
