Chick-fil-a - Santa Fe

Travel with 10 family members. I broke into lunch. it was busy, but efficient. we all received our orders within 12 minutes. the food was hot and filled the cfl standards. many thanks for a great experience while we were in our family vacation.

The staff were very professional and the order was correct. The service took a little longer going through the drive thru but it wasn't too bad. The woman at the woman asked if my dog wanted a treat, which I didn't know Chick-fil-A did but it was really nice to get one.

Upside: Friendly staff. For the amount of traffic, ordering was fairly quick. Prices average. Food is good Downside: Ordered 4 pc chicken strips but after paying they wanted to substitute nuggets. I agreed but only received a small order. Sauces were forgotten. Comments: Review based on one visit to this place. Would go again.

Chick fil A is maybe my favorite chain restaurant. Usually so consistently fast, excellent quality and ridiculously friendly and helpful. The Santa Fe location, though, disappoints. The drive thru is super slow, there is always something missing (this time it was the almonds for the kale crunch , the quality is often lacking (see pic, half of my side was just missing and they are just not friendly or fast. No thank you or have a nice day (not to mention the famous “my pleasure” I’ll likely keep going here because bad Chick Fil A is better than no Chick Fil A, but it isn’t the same.

I've been to many CFA's all over, but this Santa Fe location can't seem to embody the same great service seen at all the other locations. The drive-thru is incredibly slow, it has never been under 30 mins for me. They also cannot get the orders correct. I have either gotten the wrong item, an extra item (not complaining, but its still not correct), or an item will be missing. Going inside to dine is a little bit better. They have gotten my orders correct, but it is still pretty slow. Seems like they aren't staffed as much as other CFAs I have been to. Hopefully they can get it together soon.
