Chicken Express - Santa Fe

The chicken and the rolls are delicious. The sides are not so good, but the chicken does. Your staff is always friendly here. I don't eat as often as I want because they're expensive. Frankly, they're too expensive. I can take my family to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and the sum is just about $10 more than our sum for a family series of chicken breeders and two sides at Chicken Express.

Very disappointed with this place! I ordered a 7 piece strip. Should have checked the box before I left the store. The strips were about the size of a ball point pen and were extremely over cooked to the point of being inedible! Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Imagine going to eat here walk-in, place your order, get your receipt and sit at the table. Manager approaches and says you haven't paid. Manager accuses you of stealing. Manager pulls the register goes and counts finds out we did pay. All with fake apology. She was sad she wasn't correct in her assumption. Lost our appetite and threw the food away. Never again at this location.

Ordered mixed (spicy regular) tenders with French fries. Loved the crispness and just right amount of spice for the ?spicy tenders? My new fav fast food spot! Missing a 5 star because it arrived room temp, not fresh hot but I got mine door dashed

I've been here twice and have enjoyed the chicken both times. The sides are hit or miss. Corn on the cob was delicious and fresh, mash potatoes obviously instant mix, the first time I came they forgot one of my orders of fish and hush puppies. So this is a mixed review. With some better management they can really turn this thing around. But as of now this is a slightly positive review but make sure to check if they gave you everything you ordered before leaving.
