Herve Wine - Santa Fe

We had a great experience at herve! eating and the atmosphere together with the great selections of wein rocked! the music also had a very nice note! Keep the team up!

My man and I were here to try something else and hervé has not disappointed! her personal is knowledgeable and friendly. you eat and wee are excellent. we will definitely come back!

Herve's restaurant had a charming atmosphere with beautiful architecture. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. However, the service was lacking. It took quite some time for a waiter to come to our table and on multiple occasions, they forgot our order. The staff seemed understaffed as there was only one elderly server for the entire floor. The managers were preoccupied with flirting with the violinist and sitting at the bar, neglecting customer service. Overall, the experience was mediocre, but I would consider returning for the affordable prices and good wine selection, hoping for an improvement in customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hervé Wine Bar, and it was an exceptional experience. What made it even more special was their kind gesture of offering a complimentary meal for Veterans. I ordered the Southwest Meatloaf, which was beyond my expectations. The green chile added a delightful twist to the dish with its subtle heat. Each bite was a flavorful journey, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing spices. I paired the meal with their Chardonnay, and it was a perfect match. The Chardonnay's light oak notes enhanced the dining experience, complementing the savory meatloaf. The ambiance and service at Hervé Wine Bar were also outstanding. The staff's attention to detail and the inviting atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Hervé Wine Bar not only impressed with its delicious food but also touched my heart with their gesture towards Veterans.
