Izanami - Santa Fe

Eating here is amazing. every time we have visited, I am nothing less surprised about the quality of food, the creativity in the coating, the taste of food and the variety of offers on the menu. datum night. regular night. special occasion dinner, no matter why they find themselves here, they will not be disappointed and if they imbibe, they will try a moving flight or a beer from the Japanese microbrauerei. we were really impressed by them.

Quality food and a wonderful staff! Absolutely loved our anniversary dinner here, this certainly won’t be our last visit. We had the sashimi special and wagyu hot stone entrees with the macadamia ice cream and key lime cake for dessert. Very impressed!

Absolutely gorgeous setting and restaurant with sprawling views of the valley behind. The service and staff was incredible- they usually bow before leaving your table each time! I had the Wagyu Steak Ishiyaki with japanese A5 wagyu and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend you try some sake as they have a master sake sommelier on staff- one of only 40 in the world! Also saw some movie stars and a double rainbow.

AMAZING. Every aspect of dining at Izanami is beautiful. The servers are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. The sake is delicious, and fun to explore new palettes. Food is outstanding. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I went here for lunch with my mother, and we both had an amazing experience! Everything that we ordered was beyond delicious. The setting is authentic and beautiful, and the service was great as well. This is so far my best dining experience in Santa Fe, and one of my favorite restaurants period!
