Went Valentines day. When we got there, there was only a specific menu for the day. This was not advertised when booking. It was a good five course meal. There were two choices for main course for two people: a buffalo tomahawk steak or a salmon in puff pastry. We chose the salmon. Appetizer was great. Salad soup course was great. But when it came time for the main course the floor manager came out and informed us that they had run our of salmon so he would sell us the steak for the same price. Neither of us wanted steak but there really wasn't a choice. I discussed with the manager the best way to cook this buffalo. We agreed it should be medium rare which is fine because that would have been my choice. We also were able to order two side dishes and we choose asperges and scalloped potatoes. When the course came the buffalo was medium well, and thus dry and tough. The scalloped potatoes were cold. The asparagus was fine. The upshot is we complained to the floor manager and he comped us the cost of the main course and all of our drinks which was a fair resolution. What is had to understand is how a restaurant of this caliber could run out of one of the only two main courses available and how their kitchen could screw up on the order so much.
They ran out of the food we ordered but it took them a while to tell us. When they finally did we ordered something different but it also too over an hour to get and when we did it was cold. They people were nice but an hour dinner took over 2 hours and the food was cold.
This bar is fantastic. The margaritas are killer! Great staff and food is wonderful.
This place was great. They opened an hour early to serve us and my kids liked it so much we went back there next night. Good prices too!
