Kat's Barbecue - Santa Fe

We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, so we decided to check it out last night! I can't express enough how fantastic the food was, and the service and the friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back here again!

This place offers fantastic BBQ! My husband and I visited one Sunday after church, and we decided to share the Kats plate. It was absolutely packed with food—so much that we had leftovers! The plate included brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, sausage, and three sides. We chose potato salad, mac and cheese, and beans, along with all the fixings and bread. The portion sizes were generous, and the price was just right! The staff was wonderful, and the owner is such a friendly guy who engages with everyone. We loved it so much that we returned two more times within the same week!

We went to try this place yesterday afternoon, only to find out they had sold out of about everything. The owners encouraged us to come back for Sunday Brunch. We did and Kat’s did not disappoint. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was moist and perfectly seasoned. The sides were fresh and we Hoovered up the banana pudding, which was also delicious. The husband unit had the rib plate, which he also Hoovered up. The meat came clean off the bone. So yeah, Kat’s just earned themselves some fans in League City! Love love love.

Literally the best bbq I have ever tasted. I got Today’s Special; prime rib sandwich and for my side I got green beans and my dad got the Mac Bowl. Both very generous portions and were phenomenal, as was the customer service.

One of the best BBQ spots around! The portions are incredibly generous. I tried one of their sandwiches called the Fat Kat, which features grilled cheese sandwiches on both the top and bottom, with brisket, chopped beef, and sausage in between. It was absolutely delicious, and yes, I ate it with my hands!
