I feel terrible admitting that I am not a fan, especially since I live in town. However, after today's experience, I cannot hold back any longer. Despite being labeled as a vegetarian restaurant, Love Yourself Cafe is not vegan-friendly in terms of their menu or service. The menu does not mention anything about vegan options, so one must inquire with the wait staff who seem uncomfortable and unprepared to answer such questions. With dishes containing eggs, cheese, and ghee, it is difficult to determine what is suitable for a vegan diet. During my most recent visit, I asked about vegan desserts and was informed that only a $8 chocolate avocado torte was vegan-friendly. Despite my reservations, I ordered it for my friend and myself, only to find it inedible due to its sour and rancid taste. We both agreed on this. Although I attempted to pay for the dessert, the staff refused and apologized for the poor quality. I find it disappointing that a vegetarian restaurant does not cater to vegan customers as well as regular restaurants do. Love Yourself Cafe seems to prioritize eggs, cheese, and ghee over their vegan clientele. I hope they can improve their vegan options so that I can give a positive recommendation in the future.
Numerous vegan, gluten-free, milk-free and vegetarian options. elixir and curative drinks such as turmeric golden milk and chai; coffee drinks with responsible source coffee roasted with carefree. I like to drink her dandy latte, and a bagel with milk-free fresh cheese. the gluten-free broth are good through the disc or about $15 for a believing. they also have salads, hot dishes such as zucchini benches with marinara sauce and hearty egg dishes to the breakfast.
Delicious, but expensive. very grateful for these gluten-free vegan options! the server were very friendly and the music was great.
Amazing little restaurant! eating is delicious and creatiw, the atmosphere is relaxing/comfortable, and the tea/drinks are also wonderful. perfect place for a relaxed brunch or lazy week-long lunch to settle your head after a busy working week. the personal is friendly and welcoming. many, many healthy options, a focus on plant-based dishes, but not exclusively. that must be a place I often have much more than before.
Really brilliant organic and vegetarian menu. I ordered a vegan Thai dish that was great. there was a lot that seemed good so it was a hard choice! I also had one of their probiotic dishes that really tasted good. service really friendly. in any case recommend!
