Unpleasant experience at Roll and Rock in Puerto Plaza. On Wednesday 6/13 we left around 10pm for my daughter 's theater show. The night was nice and I was craving smooth Santa Fe with pizza. We headed to the brewery patio; There was a crowd gathered at the door waiting to enter and we continued on. In order not to leave the area and not get too late, we decided to go to Puerto Plaza. I resigned the craving for plain and we sat down at Roll and Rock. A girl waited on us, we ordered the drinks, which she brought immediately, and the food: 2 individual pizzas, tequeños, burritos and a milamessi . It took a long time, and in the end the girl came, she brought everything except my daughter 's Milanese and she disappeared without bringing cutlery, plates, napkins, salt for the potatoes, nor did she give us time to ask her for other pints of beer. We didn 't see her again. We called another girl, asked for the beers and cutlery and asked for the Milanese. He brought the cutlery and we began to eat dryly, because the beer didn 't come. I started to get impatient. My baby was starving, we were choking and taking napkins from other tables. In the end we saw the first waitress, we called her and I told her: the Milanese is missing, we ordered some beers that never came, they didn 't bring napkins. And she answers me: ah, but who did they ask for the things? Because this table is mine. Look, we asked another girl. Well, it 's not my fault, he says. I 'm not telling you that it 's your fault, I 'm complaining about something that we asked of you (the Milanese) and something that we asked of someone else because you didn 't come back. Well, the girl got angry and mistreated me. I got hot too. I got warm again. My daughter started crying, because it was a horrible moment. He brought us the beers, in a bad way, and when we had all finished eating, the girl 's Milanese came. Since the boys had already finished the soda and were thirsty, I asked the girl if I could please bring a jug of water, and she said NO. That they didn 't sell THAT.
