Very long delay, they don't respond to the messages even once the order has been placed so I can pay them, I'm not going to give an opinion on the food because since they don't respond I was never able to finish the purchase, anything Service: 1

The delivery was delayed for THREE HOURS. The food arrived caked and cold. The potatoes could no longer be consumed. They charge you the additional fee the same and don't take care of anything, plus the way they respond leaves a lot to be desired. Very bad experience.
