I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest - I am consistently disappointed with this restaurant. The customer service is incredibly poor every time we visit, and our orders are never correct. Unfortunately, it seems like this establishment has not improved in years and I doubt it ever will.

The front desk employee was unable to greet or thank customers. She also seemed uninterested in her job, leaving me unsure if she would remember to place my food order. Overall, the service was very poor.

It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. tweebel rings were cold and old. western speck cheeseburger was pretty good, except the speck tasted old and hard. service was good.

Horrible Horrible food. Don't come to this one. I'm pretty sure they make the food hold it then microwave it when you order. That's what I've gotten the last couple times. Never again. Always end up regretting it
