Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Maria

4 stars because of how hard the employees are working. However, it would've been much faster for me to order in line at the store than to use the app. 15 minutes passed my pick up time, but I've watched about 10 people go through the line to order in the store. Please provide more accurate pick up times on the app.

I like chipotle it is fresh has a good taste, but recently the last few times I ordered to eat. it was either cold or wrong. today I went to lunch and I ordered a bowl, but the bowl had boiled rice. it is met and mis. I hope that the quality and inconvenience with eating will be solved

Maybe they get the orders when they have robots running the kitchen, I heard their partnership with me so electronics, so all they employees of chipotle better on the look for new jobs

Do not eat here !! I got food poisoning! The staff are a bunch kids just pushing food out and not taking the right pro cautions handling the food. I wish I could give a better review but food poisoning is just not proper food handleing care

Was really disappointed with this location. They told us they were out of stake and barbacoa even though they had it but were saving it for the on line orders. I love the chain but disappointed with this locations service.
