El Pollo Loco - Santa Maria

Everything was delicious and made fresh to order. The Birria Quesadilla was incredibly flavorful!

I ordered the three-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, along with corn, a side of mac and cheese, and three Al Carbon chicken tacos with roja salsa, chips, and flour tortillas. Everything was delicious, but there was a lot of food! The only suggestion I have is to update the app menu to include the Al Carbon chicken tacos combo and the option to add jalapeño packets as a side.

The salad was incorrect; it was missing the chicken, and the dressing wasn't very good.

Disappointed. The tortillas were all board stiff all around. The beans were cooked way too long and tasted like water. They literally melted in your mouth and not in a good way. The mac n cheese was basically a thick cheese soup with a few overcooked noodles. Chicken was cold. Looked like it was sitting all day and they just warmed it up. I usually do not write reviews, negative ones at that. But I am highly disappointed with the quality of the food. Sad to say, I will never order from this establishment again. Save your money.

This was 100 pieces of chicken ordered for Ann over 40 person luncheon. The side salads had no dressing. You guys forgot our dressing. Fortunately, the clients use the salsa for dressing on the salad
