I have to confess....I love this place. The bolognese, Sangria and creme brûlée draw me back every time I'm am in the area. The staff are delightfully indulgent, patiently waiting as I stumble through my Portuguese. €34 for 3 people drinks, main course and dessert is amazing value Can't wait to try the recommended champagne sangria on my next visit!

Horrible!!! Will never order from here EVER again!! We ordered a gluten free pizza and added the toppings we wanted to the notes and a side of pineapple bc my husband is allergic and it cannot be on the pizza at all! It also said that if there were any additional costs from ordering that they would charge it to our card. I even called and they mentioned to order an extra-large pizza and never said it was actually a medium size pizza. $20+ for a medium pizza is crazy anyway) When the delivery man came the pizza had pineapple on it and they needed me to call and pay an extra $9.73 for the pizza that was wrong! I called and spoke to the owner, Nora, and she said the person that told her the order didn 't say side. She wasn 't willing to take responsibility for the mistake until arguing about it for several minutes. She then said she would send another one without pineapple free of charge. She did not ask for the pizza back nor did the delivery guy, so I went ahead and began eating the pizza. Then Nora called and said since he didn 't bring the pizza back she would have to charge me for the replacement pizza even though, once again it was their mistake . The food is good but it amazes me that with an owner with such horrible communication and people skills they are still even in business and willing to lose a regular customer of their mistake . We were regular customers and spent in excess of $200/week some weeks and avg $500/month. We will NEVER order from this place ever again! The one star was for the food, but if I could have done 0 for service from the owner I would have. The delivery guy has always been really nice, but with an owner like that I 'd stay away!
