Excellent traditional food with an excellent flavor. The breakfast combos are amazing. Top notch service. I strongly recommend this place.

So if you want some of the best meat cooked slowly, and fall out of the bone delicious, you must try Los Almendros d’Caro. We had the Exquisitos Chamorros... fantastic! Amazing price and very filling!

You must go and tell your friends about the amazing woman, Dona Caro, who creates Chammoros only on Fri, Sat and Sunday. It is essentially the best roast pork shank with fall off the bone tenderness and great spices, served with nopales, picked onion, tortillas and salsas you could ever have. We went twice during our stay and were never disappointed, only left wanting more. Lovely dining room under a thatched roof, bright colored table clothes, very clean and attended by an extremely friendly waiter with no English, but will do anything to figure it out and please, along with the owner, who you want to take home with you so she can open a restaurant near you and become famously wealthy. Seriously, do not miss this, sure glad we didn't. Only wish our Spanish had been better to better express our appreciation to Dona Caro. Thank you.
