El Bistró - Santa Marta

NOT EAT HERE I had to send the fish back because it was so fishy. You told me it's fish. Yes I know I ordered fish, but it shouldn't taste like ****! The octopus was also rubbery. I was... very polite and kept my cool. A cartridge in another restaurant helped explain the problem in Spanish. So I gave them another shot and ordered the chicken with mushrooms and a cream sauce. I cut into the chicken breast on the thick part of the chest and it was completely raw. I'm trying to publish photos if it's allowed. Wow, even the server looked at me with unbelief and could not believe that the chicken was raw. I don't know how this place is in business.

Had the 280gr steak. It was nicely cooked, just to much pepper on the meat and not enough fries. The service was a bit clumsy.. we got bread with the drinks and again bread with the plates. It had a weird sauce with it.. usually...butter is better no ? first restaurant in Santa Marta, so cannot complaint but overall, ok ish !

My friend and I came across this place - originally because we saw it had a bacon gorgonzola burger. But when I saw the filet mignon come out, I decided to order that instead. You can't beat the price either for what you normally pay for that cut of meat in North America. It was delicious, and came with bacon and blue cheese as well. The potatoes that came with it were nice as well. We ordered cocktails as they had a two for one happy hour until 9pm, and my margarita was so-so. The service was prompt and pleasant as well. No complaints, other than they gave us back the wrong change - going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. Otherwise, would definitely recommend for a nice dinner at a good price!

We were yesterday there. My friend ate the chicken- it was great. I ate the Filet mignon and it was amazing and delicious. Everybody was very friendly.

We are a couple and we were eating there for lunch. The service was slow, very slow and desorganized. After 25' spent in the restaurant We had to ask the waitress'to take our command. For each drink we receive them with 10´ difference.Beside that the food was ok and served at same time for both of us.
