Domino's Pizza - Santa Monica

The assistant manager and the delivery driver who delivered to 2700 Neilson way stole my money off my card. The fee was set to 27.52 and I woke up this morning saying my card was charged an extra $3 ! and the assistant manager is making ALOT of excuses when it comes to helping I know it's $3 but the point of it is DONT TIP OR CHARGE my card extras without permission ! I been calling all day and the workers have been saying the same thing the manager will be in at 6-7 one said 7-8 then the assistant manager said that all of a sudden the manager will not be in at all today

Absolutely astounding the impeccably terrible service that goes on over here. Cliche yelp review here but wow this needs negative ten stars. Made an order and used my EmErgEnCy PiZzA coupon, which mind you, is free. And after a complication with payment they refused to give me my free pizza. Called back to ask what 's going on and to talk to a manager and was met with some bafoon telling me the manager doesn 't want to talk and I won 't get my pizza, nor will I get my coupon back. Leading to some ridiculously strenuous situation having to deal with a robot on the website that was surprisingly way more useful than the workers here. Which isn 't much. At all. At least the robot wasn 't a complete condescending, lack of customer service having, and genuinely rude group of imbeciles.God man, I 'm writing this as I 'm waiting for the pizza cause I 'm hungry so yes I still got a pizza. But definitely gonna be the last one as I live .6 of a mile away from the store and it 's gonna take 50 minutes? You for real right now? Like that 's out of spite that they didn 't want to give me this with out hassle. Got a pregnant girlfriend sobbing over here and soon I 'm sure she 's gonna turn on me. All jokes aside just abandon this spot y 'all, go order from Pizza Hut or something. Like I 'm not even going to get dominos anymore cause these guys decided oh, I 'm just gonna be completely unhelpful to a lovely couple who 's bought pizza from us for like three years. Plus last time I ordered from them I got a piece of plastic in my wings and the manager said she would give me a refund and then I called for confirmation and she for no reason at all said she just doesn 't want to do it anymore. Like what?

Pizza never arrived. Can’t get a hold of them either

If you have to add an item after placing your order online, make sure they let the driver know before he leaves with your food.I made an online order for delivery, and 5 minutes after placing my order, I called in to add a bottle of Coke. They told me the driver had yet to leave and that they would add it to my order.When the driver, Eric, arrived, he didn't have the Coke. He said no one told him I added an item after placing my order. He was kind enough to offer to go to a grocery store nearby and buy one for me. Thank you, Eric!He also showed up on time, and the pizza was hot and ready to eat.I love Domino's Pizza and the $5.99 coupon on their website. It's a great deal, and the pizza is delicious and fresh. I love their thin crust with red peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
