Dunkin' - Santa Monica

Went to this dunkin for a cold brew and a donut while patiently waiting. This location is always pretty busy in the morning but it looked extra busy today. Waiting for my stuff a lady moved in front and starts asking for her order. As this blonde girl told her to please wait one minute as they were super busy and they would be right with her. The lady waiting for her order then proceeded to get very mad and kept putting her hand in the workers face getting mad and then snatches food from worker and asks for manager. Wow customers these days. So disappointing. This is a great location though, love this dunkin. Great customer service. Will be coming back!!

UPDATE as of 11/20/23:Plugs no longer available. They taped it up when I arrived. They said it was due to the homeless going in and not leaving (understandable).Coffee wasn't me right away, I had to ask the cashier who in town had to ask the employee.Otherwise, friendly, if maybe a bit nonchalantl.

No frills, simple Dunkin’ location. Service is always fast and the team is friendly. Fairly tiny indoor seating space — would not recommend coming here to work or read.Parking: Free parking in the back. Street meters on two sides of the location.

The drink I wanted was out but they substituted it for another delicious drink so I am quite content :

Avocado, sour dough toast ! Um, great! It took my sister visiting from the East Coast, draging me here to find this place. You can smell the doughnuts, you don't have to buy one. Pumpkin spice latter is perfect. Bye starbucks.
