Good was good but on the salty side. Food was also a little pricey but sides were enough to share.

The vibe is amazing, drinks are good, but the food is BAD. I had the the worst Ribeye ever! Place is too overrated for sure.

The food and the ambience was great, tasty drinks.  What I didn’t agree with was them charging us for water. They did a cute water presentation but charge $20 for it. (which we weren’t told ahead of time that it would be $20) been to plenty of steak houses and they do not charge you for water or soda refills.  Small cup of soda was $5.  also, they push the airplane shot show on you which is 7 shots for $100.. then they slap a convenience fee of $23 on top of the tip. So they charge us 23 extra dollars for the airplane shot presentation. On top of the $250 tip Kalaveras also does something similar but they don’t charge you an extra fee.

There was a hair baked inside the cheesecake. Called my waiter and their response was to go home and have tea to feel better. The cheesecake was taken off my bill but it was more like they were doing me a favor. No manager ever came to apologize. Very disappointed, first time there and worst experience ever.

They didn’t have many of the wines. They were likely understaffed with only one person working the room, who was very attentive but too much to handle for one person. Nice place, very loud music. Unfortunately restaurants at this location don’t last too long.
