R+d Kitchen - Santa Monica

As always, the food was fantastic (tonight we had the delicious breaded chicken sandwich and slaw), along with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. We really enjoy the music and the lighting. Although the noise level is a bit higher than we would like, we'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

This restaurant operates efficiently and effectively. If you make a reservation, be sure that your entire party arrives on time. They offer excellent food and service, which is a testament to their well-organized operations, so hats off to the team! The open kitchen concept is lovely, featuring friendly chefs. The little bird dish and creamy polenta were outstanding, and the banana cream pie was truly the perfect finishing touch. The Pupp gives it a thumbs up!

The booths are uncomfortable. I ordered the chicken meatballs and Chinese chicken salad.

Excellent location, service and food! We walked in just before 9pm on Halloween and they sat us even though they were closing at 9pm. We were not rushed and the quality of our entrees were 10/10! Great value for what you get! Salmon was superb Ahi tuna salad was outstanding.

There was a group of about eight of us when we stopped at R+D kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food came out fast as well. The crispy chicken sandwich and it was huge enough for leftovers. The cookie was also phenomenal. I would recommend checking out R+D Kitchen if you've never been and would love to come back.
