Savida - Santa Monica

Absolutely fantastic! eating is excellent, so special and different, already one of my favorites.

Was thrilled to try this new local seafood restaurant. all the dishes we tried were very good, namely the hamachi, tuna taco, shrimp tostada, and great (and great arugula salat. the heart was also very good! Tolly (sp? made the experience “special”. look forward to a return flight.

I would not recommend eating here. We waited 30 minutes for a table, and there was no designated area for us to wait, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Someone suggested they should at least offer drinks to those waiting, as the wait was so long. The staff apologized twice during our wait, but when we finally got seated, we noticed that our table, along with at least three others, had been open the entire time. Once we were seated, we waited for at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to assist us or even bring us water. Eventually, we decided to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Savida and had the pleasure of meeting Dan and Harold.

Truly a gem in Santa Monica! Meticulously curated seafood in an intimate atmosphere! We will definitely return!
