Santa Paula has one of the nicest Baskin-Robbins stores I've been to. Alot of the Baskin-Robbins stores are kind of dingy not this one.

Staff is not well trained. Management needs to step up. They are not organized. Not friendly. Slow. They don’t know the menu.
