All they have is top quality meats. The choice grade they sell is marbled, like prime. Best chorizo in the county also

Just stopped in here today since my dad's friend got us a gift certificate for here. We ordered some jalapeno poppers, ribeye, tri tip, chicken kabobs and chicken cordon bleu. Also we got an all purpose rub to try on the meats. We cannot wait to try all the food! They have an amazing selection of meats: chicken, pork, and beef. The service was quick and friendly.

Are you ready for the Olympic competition of Laird's sausages??? We went into this highly rated butcher shop in Santa Paula. As this was our first time, we just couldn't look away from their home made sausages: we bought 1 of each. Here are the five competitors: Spicy, Sweet, Chipotle, Chicken Basil California Chicken. We cooked them all up and had 2 taste tests at home. Third Place was Sweet Sausage. Sweet proudly wore the bronze medal. Second place was Spicy Sausage. Spicy wore the silver medal yet had a spicy attitude. Drum roll please ...... First Place went to Chicken Basil. YAY!!!! It is definitely a gold medal sausage and stood above the rest. Sorry spicy. Hubby originally didn't want to buy the chicken sausages. i said I really wanted the Chicken Basil. Then he decided let's buy them all. I immediately thought food competition. We will be back to buy more sausage we will peruse their other items as well. I have not yet tried their Teriyaki marinade. I was told that they use it on their teriyaki marinated foods. Service Perfect We met Chance who was super helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit.
