Most of us went for Fish and Chips and wasn't disappointed. It was just like being in the UK. Fish and batter was delicious and the chips were just as good. A home from home Restaurant. Service was quick, food arriving was as quick. Service from the staff was brilliant. Definitely worth a try.
Service was appalling, they only cater for long term regulars. What we did have was at best medioaker. Asked numerous times for service but was ignored. When pointed out the waitress became irate and told us she had 45 other patriot obviously they where more important than us. We will not be back, that is why they are opened two days a week.
Went here yesterday with friends. We had the 3 course €10 menu as that was all that was on offer. Good food but service wasn’t great as it seemed like everything was too much trouble! One of my friends asked for balsamic vinegar for her salad to be told “there’s already some on it!” Needless to say she didn’t get any extra. It’s a shame as the food was great you would have thought they would be happy to go the extra mile to ensure satisfied customers in such difficult times as we won’t be going back
We had some friends visit so went for the Sunday carvery. We have also had the Wednesday carvery and Tuesday tipsy tapas!
Had the ribs and they were really nice, but it is a bit pricey for what it is. There are other restaurants in the area that are just as nice if not nicer at a way more sensible price. I'd say it is a more couple or group of resends restaurant, it has a nice big re-vamped bar which is impressive and can get a bit rowdy around half 8ish, not the most kid friendly but as I said Its a good place for couples or groups of friends
