Really delicious food! Price was $55 for three dishes and rice for three people. We ate everything. The diver was friendly and helped to recommend some authentic dishes. Nice place too. We have chicken meat, garlic pork and chili. They were all very tasty. I highly recommend checking this place for a unique culinary experience.
I was in Rangoon Ruby, but I definitely like this place more. The tea leaf salad is delicious. My favorite dish was probably the mango shrimp. It was very rich, but really good. The coconut curry noodles were also good. I love how they prepare it before you. The beer was also good. My favorite part is eating so fast. The restaurant is huge so it's easy to get a table.
The first time with Burmese food and it was an experience, never forget. For beginners we went with the tea salad and the Palatas. Tea salad was fresh and had fermented tea leaves as dressing. Many flavors come together in this dish and is really refreshing. Palatas was a flat bread with a chicken curry on the side. Have chili lamb and the star dish nan gyi thyoke for net and the chili lamb was really good, best with rice. The nan gyi thoke is a coconut curry based noodle dish that is light and sweet. Q
Nice service and delicious food. We had the special salad, Spicy Shrimp, and Special of the day, Chicken Curry Noodle, amazing flavors and we really appreciated the recommendations from our server. She was very nice. We will definitely go back to try other yummy food from Burma.
