Bj's Brewhouse - Santa Rosa

My boyfriend and I are frequent visitors to this BJ's, and our experience tonight was outstanding. We were seated promptly and greeted by a wonderful server named Cheyenne, who was one of the most delightful people we've encountered in a long time. She was warm and sweet, and she showed great patience with me as I struggled to decide what to order. We chose a root beer float and one of their seasonal candy-infused mixed drinks, which came topped with nerds. It was not only delicious but also a lot of fun, bringing a big smile to my face. Cheyenne also offered us water as soon as we were settled. Even though her section was quite full—with a table of eight behind us and another table of six to the side—she remained composed, patient, and kind. When some kids started acting up, she maintained a smile and had encouraging words for their parents. She took our order quickly, ensuring that there was no horseradish anywhere near my prime rib French dip sandwich, and my meal was absolutely fantastic. The tortilla soup is one of my favorites in town, and I love exploring their menu; I've never had a bad dish here. Cheyenne went above and beyond for both my boyfriend and me, handling everything with grace and kindness. She truly made our evening special. I had been having a tough week, and her little acts of kindness really brightened my night.
