Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Rosa

I had fantastic customer service from the team on Tuesday night! Even though we arrived close to closing time, we were still able to place our order, and the burritos were delicious!

This place is terrible. The staff is rude, and the food is consistently poorly prepared. If you dare to point out that your order is incorrect, you can expect a negative attitude, as if you've seriously offended the person who made it. It's curious that most of the 5-star reviews come from local guides. If you read other reviews, you'll get a clearer picture of the situation. Diners, beware!

I encountered an issue with my online order when I went to pick it up; it wasn’t there. They had prepared it, but it seems like someone took it from the pickup shelf. It would really help if they could come up with a better system for online order pickups. While it's convenient to simply walk in and grab your order, I wouldn’t be surprised if people frequently take advantage of this and help themselves to food that isn’t theirs.

Staff was rude and indifferent. Seemed like a group of children with no management or supervision. The older staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed by the younger staff fooling around and not taking their job seriously or caring about their service tocustomers. The younger staff was SO rude and were fooling around for patrons to witness behind the counter. I usually don'tleave bad reviews, but there needs to be a manager present to teach these kids how to be professional otherwise they won't getfar. I feel bad for the older staff members who have to put up with this behavior. It was a site to see. On a scale of 1-10 ofbad service they rank 10. Food was good though.

I have gone to this location about 5 times in the past few months and each time it was a miss. I went today and it was the same thing. staff are rude to each other, workplace is messy and online orders take way longer to get than walking in and orderingonce you arrive. Chipotle pay more to attract better quality workers. Chipotle is great but this location needs an makeover
