The Tin (metal insert) on the food service line was about a 1 3 full of meat, instead of rotating the food, she poured new product on top of old, with out changing the insert, proper food rotation and keeping inserts clean in instrumental in food service cleanliness and best practices… 2nd observation, same visit, saw employee knock over small stack of about 8 or 9 medium sized to go containers, maybe for beans or rice. The stacked to go bowls hit the dirty floor behind the line, to right of the register if you’re facing the register, where the online food delivery section is. That 1st Employee made no attempt to pick them up and toss them out. 2nd employee packing up a Uber eats order slightly kicked the stack of bowls a few inches (they rolled), allowing more dirty floor funk to accumulate on the still “stacked” bowls, 3rd employee noticed stack of bowls on the dirty food-line floor and picked them up and put them back on the shelf for to go use…. Yum 3. No big deal but chips were stale, half stale, half relatively fresh, leading one to believe again improper food rotation. 4. Chunks of meat in the queso cheese sauce, not sure if the queso sauce comes with chunks of chicken in it but ours did… leading one to believe cross contamination from unintended foods falling into other tins on the line…. (If it’s advertised that there are chunks of meat in the cheese sauce, I take back this last observation) LB Former kitchen manager, line cook, and assistant chef.
Mina the manger lacks customer service. Mina mentioned that she is a manger and she can act any way she wants and nothing will happen to her. I feel as if she should treat others how she wants to be treated aswell as have good customer service when working in the food industry. I only came to order food per usual, only seen her 2 times and each time she has had an attitude because I order a kids meal. She has a lack of respect for others. The rest of the employees are great every time.
I can’t wash my hands before I eat? Seriously? Apparently hygiene is only considered for the workers not the patrons at Chipotle. I went into this restaurant over an hour before closing… they informed me I couldn’t use the bathrooms because they closed them at 8pm (that’s 2 hours before closing). Gross, rude very un-self-aware. I get that you don’t want to clean the bathrooms after closing the restaurant… but people also need to wash their hands. Maybe consider the needs of your customers, before you do something so dumb. Especially when you want them to come to your place of business buy your product/service. Ok… I feel better now that I’ve gotten that off my chest. FYI, I had to wash my hands across the street at Taco Bell, and then eat my food in my car.
Easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been too... Every employee's attitude, the food is inedible, meats are terrible(this is compared to any other Chipotle), the line people couldn't care less, I just threw away $30 in food as my burrito was a square and just falls straight out. This is our prolly 6th time since we moved here and will be our last.
Use caution. Two of us got food poisoning from them from a meal last night. Common ingredients between our dishes included: rice, corn salsa, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese, and sour cream. Reported to Chipotle corporate and Health Services’ food safety program. For $37 after tax and tip for two bowls, I can’t say I recommend the experience. :
