Sticky buns are amazing, the dough is moist and dense like a good French toast. The pastry for the apple turn over and bear claw is perfectly light and flakey. Almond filling in the bear claw is pleantiful with just the right amount of almond tastiness. The Apple turnover filling is spiced to perfection with the apple remaining the star of the show. The texture of the blueberry lemon scone is amazing. The lemon comes on at the end for a perfect finish. Will definitely be returning often. The Ginger Peach Walnut Muffin... O-M-G. Like legit off the charts amazing. Wow. That should be on everyone's bucket list...
Oh yes. Some of the tastiest frittatas and pastries, including the gluten free ones. They have the right mix of flours and ingredients to make it taste excellent. Really like the gluten free scones and blueberry bar, although they may not be for everyone
Great bakery! We got the big bad veggie burrito, which was one of the best we've ever had (fluffy eggs, loads of good veggies and not just potatoes, yummy cheese layer and avocado cream). We also got a mix of regular and gluten-free pastries. The regular pastries were great and we were pleasantly surprised by the fluffiness of the gluten free muffin. Everything was nicely balanced (not too sweet, not missing the necessary salt, etc). Definitely recommend!
