The food is delicious, but the customer service is seriously lacking.

The Indian food was delicious! I felt that the portions were a bit small for the price, but everything tasted great. The service was also very nice and friendly.

This was our first visit, and the food was outstanding! We will definitely be returning multiple times.

We ordered both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian thali, and every item was fresh and delicious. The naan was the best we’ve ever had in the U.S.; it was light, fresh, and easy to chew—a rarity in Indian restaurants, especially in the Bay Area. The portions were generous, and my wife and I ended up finishing all the thalis, which doesn’t happen often. After a heavy meal at other restaurants, we usually feel sluggish, but that wasn’t the case here. I believe this is because the food was fresh and there were little to no cooking additives. We savored everything we had, and the mango lassi was perfectly balanced. To top it all off, the entire meal was extremely reasonably priced; we’ve paid much more for food that didn’t compare to what we had at Everest. The staff was polite and attentive, enhancing our dining experience. We can’t find a single fault, even if we tried. If this restaurant were closer to where we live, we would definitely visit as often as possible, but unfortunately, the distance is too far for regular trips. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and if anyone is looking for great Indian food in Santa Rosa or is willing to travel further north, this place is a must for anyone who enjoys good cuisine.
