Contribuisci feedbackCame in today to pick up sandwiches for the road. After placing our four sandwich order, i was told the whole store did not have Turkey. I was then sold on chicken by a lovely man and i let them continue to make our sandwiches. I was then handed a sandwich for a lady that wasnt me by the young man who was supposed to be making our chicken sandwiches... well that ended up with Karen letting me know she was waiting 30 mins for her sandwich. We finally got our sandwiches 30 mins after we ordered and they were all made with ham. I ordered chicken salad on the side.. and three chicken sandwiches... we didn't have anymore time for them to remake the whole order so i had to take my receipt to customer service who got a confused kick out of our horrible service and ultimately no food. He refunded us and said have a nice day... Im very saddened
DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!! DRIVERS DON'T DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS AND NO ONE CAN HELP!!!!! RIP OFF. I ordered groceries. Amazon driver came to doorstep, dropped off groceries, and then TOOK THEM AWAY because they belonged to a different address. She took my groceries to a neighbor's house (who hadn't ordered) and when I tried to deal with the store all I got were excuses and finger pointing. Driver is an independent contractor so store isn't responsible. Amazon won't refund food items so they're no help. Store couldn't be of any assistance. Only option is to cancel charge on credit card as NO ONE TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR OFFERS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lucky for me, neighbors figured out whose order it was and brought it back. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH AMAZON/WHOLE FOODS DELIVERIES. NO ONE GIVES A HOOT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.
What if I don't want to buy Amazon Prime because I'm retired on a fixed income? If I am house bound, I would still like groceries delivered by WF even with Amazon purchasing the store. Something is wrong here.
This review is really for the Amazon Hub! The crew that work this station is Amazing. Every time I've come to return items, I'm always early and they always start powering things up to help me even when they're not supposed to be open for another 20 mins. They are engaging and fast! Maybe Whole Foods should have more of their store associates learn from the customer service skills of the Amazon Hub crew cause u can't find help from anyone else when looking for an item around the store.
My daughter and I stopped in today for burritos. They were so tiny they looked like child size! Mine was full of chicken bones which completely sent me into orbit (I hate biting into bones! . For the price, I expect better from Whole Foods. On another note, the cashier who rang us up was very friendly and nice.
